Hi – I have noticed that since upgrading the Enfold theme that the negative custom margin layout does not work on iPad view. It looks fine on Laptops though. This is the exact page layout used on your Church theme demo.
Could you look at this page please on iPad so that you can see the problem
Many Thanks
Hey philcrothers,
I see the same thing on all screen sizes on my end, there are no negative margins at all. If you should need further help on the topic then please include admin login details to the site in private.
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard, sorry to cause confusion I changed it to 0px on this page when I was experimenting with a solution.
If you look again – I have changed it back to -60px as a customer top margin on the second row of content under the top banner image. This is the standard set up on the Church theme to create an overlap over the top banner image with the second row of content. This works fine on a laptop / PC but if you could check it on an Ipad (not an emulator) you can see that the top banner image goes ‘over’ the second row of content rather than the second row displaying an overlap over the top banner image.
Examples include – https://www.farmcottages.com/self-catering/
I have the latest version of the theme, WP and it wasn’t an issue when the site was first developed over a year ago.
THanks
