I mistakenly clicked “Reset all Options” on my Enfold Child Theme Options page and need to UNDO that! Although I have a recent backup I rather not retrieve a previous version of my website since I´ve put in a bunch of hours recently.

I’m afraid we can not help you with that, Enfold doesn’t do backups automatically.
