Titles should show up on a good website. This is for SEO and for people with visual disabilities. You need to just make sure they say the right thing. When you save images before uploading, give them a descriptive file name. That is what shows up. You can edit each image by not having any information under TITLE, ALT TEXT and DESCRIPTION.
