Need to refresh page to have video play – doesn’t play on first load

Please I am begging you to fix this issue, you have to press refresh on the page for the Video to work now, it doesn’t play on first load. I can not be the only one with this issue, please tell me you can look into it and at least provide me with the best way to have video play online. Please look into this and have these updates on the next theme update, had there been any related updates to this? I see so many other websites having video in the background and it’s a very common thing now so why can’t we please upgrade Enfold to handle this task better?

Please fill me in on the best way to have the video play on Chrome like it always has.
