    Hi,

    I have valid purchase key shared by the buyer who got registered the key with his email address (Email address hidden if logged out) . Now I am not able to access the account because I am associated with the company hCentive Technologies for which the theme was purchased. How can you reset that email address or give me access.

    You should be able to find that email id now. However the id which is registered is mentioned in the private content area.
