I tried to locate for the contact form like on http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant/locations/ but can’t figure it our what to do, can you please point me to a documentation or guide me how to achieve the contact form,

Also, is it possible to put a contact form on homepage?

Please edit your page and add Contact Form element under Content Elements in Advanced Layout Builder.
