    I’ve tried following the instructions to do the latest Enfold update but it’s beyond my skills!
    Since purchasing Enfold a few years ago I’ve changed Themeforest accounts & no longer have access to my old account to download the theme/ update.
    Can someone help please?

    Hey Haycreations,

    At some point you will need access to Themeforest and have a valid license for the theme, otherwise you will likely ask for our help every time you need updating. Why can’t you access your old account?

    If you need help updating we need access to your site and FTP details, also verify that you have backups of the site.

    Hi Rikard,
    I’ve been in contact with Themeforest & have finally recovered my old account details.
    I downloaded the Enfold update & attempted to install it using the recommended theme update plugin but am getting this error

    ‘The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.’

    I read you can change the upload limit of the php.ini file but having looked in my C panel file manager & attempting to search via ftp, I can’t find it.
    Yes I have backups of my site.
    Ftp details provided as requested below.
