    Hello, my website is running Enfold Child Theme. This was installed many years ago. I no longer have any login credentials, nor was it purchased. Hence, I don’t have any registration key, etc. My website is down now because of a glitch in the old Enfold Child version the website is running. In order to update the Enfold Child Theme, I have to get a token. But I’m having trouble doing that as I can’t log or create an account. Please help me as this is very urgent.

    Hey Heart for Muslims,

    We can’t help with login details for Themeforest unfortunately, you would have to reach out to their support directly. If you don’t have an account with them, then I would think that they would ask you to purchase a new theme license though.
