Navigation not working properly

I have put a few tickets into your recently but I am not getting replies. My client is now getting frustrated so please could you look at the outstanding issues:
1. The navigation is not working smoothly. You have to click it twice to get anywhere – it wasn’t like this a couple of weeks ago. You have asked for my ftp and login to look at this and no. 2 below.

2. On ticket #943617 someone pointed out that there is a trailing / at the end of the links. Because of this and the pre-loader loading twice I have removed the custom avia.js file in the child theme so that it stops the menu not working and the trailing / but this has not helped.

3. The preloader was loading twice and you said on

I adjusted the file but the issues above appeared.

We are just about to launch and waiting on sorting out these things.
