Navigation disappears between certain pixel width

Navigation disappears between 991px and 772px with a responsive layout. I know it’s a simple css change, just not clear as to which.

It primarily happens on the portrait orientation of the ipad.

Hi!

Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options
```
.responsive .mobile_menu_tablet .main_menu { display: block; }
```
It is set to display: none currently
