Dear Support Team,
Yesterday we noticed that we have a display problem with the OpenSans font. If we are not logged in WordPress, then the OpenSans is displayed as OpenSans “Condensed”. When we log into WordPress, the browser displays the correct OpenSans.
The problem is in one of our computer. On another computer, the display is correct. All computers have the same browser versions, because it can not be so.
Enclosed two Schreenshots to chart:
Login: Open Sans shown correctly
Logout: Open Sans shown incorrectly
Thanks for the help!
best regards

Hi LorbeerDesign!
Looks the same on my end. So you said it’s only happening on your computer? It’s most likely a caching issue then. Try clearing your browser cache or view in a different browser. If your using any caching plugins then be sure to clear their cache. Also try disabling any browser add-ons / extensions you might have installed.
Cheers!
Elliott
Hi Elliott,
I have disallowed all browser caches deleted (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and also the add-ons. The problem is still there.
The problem arises really only on my computer. On the other computers, the design of the text in all browsers is correct.
Do you think it is actually on my computer? It would be a pity if visitors get displayed the wrong font :-(
As the font is displayed as with you? Normal or Condensed?
Greetings!
Katrin
Hi Elliott,
I’ve found the problem :-)
I have installed on my system the Open Sans. This I have now deleted and behold, all browsers display the Open Sans correctly.
There are sometimes marvelous things :-)
Thanks for your help to solve the problem!
