I use Enfold on my support site. Whenever a customer submits a support ticket they have the following error appear:
Warning: mysqli_real_escape_string() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /var/sites/s/support.infoplex.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1171
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/sites/s/support.infoplex.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php:1171) in /var/sites/s/support.infoplex.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210
This has only started happening recently and as the code refers to wp-includes and not the plugin I use for the support side of things, I figured I’d get in touch with you first to see if it was an issue with Enfold.

Did you try changing the theme to one of the default WordPress themes see if it goes away? Did you try to disable all plugins?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 5, 2017 at 6:08 pm #848240Hi Rikard,
I tried the usual solutions (changing themes, disabling plugins) but the problem persists. The only plugin that I didn’t disable was the support plugin. As this was involved in the issue (ie., upon creation of a ticket) I thought it best to leave this one running.
Thanks

You can switch to a default theme and check if the issue remains.

VictoriaSeptember 6, 2017 at 5:17 pm #848761Hi Victoria,
As I said to Rikard yesterday, I’ve tried all the usual solutions, including using a default theme and disabling the plugins. The problem still exists. This would suggest that it’s either a) a problem with WordPress or b) a problem with the support plugin.
However, the problem only appeared after the last Enfold update which makes me think that it may be caused by Enfold. When I searched the forum, there were others that had the same problem with pluggable.php but there was no solution given.
It’s not a huge issue – although it doesn’t look great to our customers when it happens – but I just thought I’d see if you knew what was happening.
Thanks
SimonSeptember 7, 2017 at 8:33 pm #849217Hi,
Since the problem still persists even with Enfold is deactivated it would mean the problem is not in Enfold. I checked if there are similar problems in the plugin, the same as you do and I found this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/getting-error-when-submitting-a-ticket/
I think you should try to ask their support and most likely the problem is the plugin is not yet updated to be compatible with the latest version of wordpress.Best regards,
