My website http://www.hauslicht.com could be browsed and it seems OK. I host it with wpengine.
Problem 1: When in edit mode, the homepage will not load the Avia layout builder, so it could not be edited. Other pages do not have this problem.
Problem 2: The Quick Edit mode cannot be used.
Problem 3: In edit mode, many pages are missing such as projects, products etc. When search for, projects page could be found while products page could not be found, but it is there when in browse mode.I would give you an admin and pwd to my site if you tell me how to send it to you, so that you can take a look.

Can you please firstly try deactivating all active plugins and check if Avia Layout Builder works after deactivating plugins?

I followed what you suggested and one by one I deactivated the 6 plugins which I mostly purchase from codecanyon and are of good reputation and high reviews.
I found out that when I at last deactivated WordPress SEO by Yoast ( the latest upgrade as of today) all my pages re-appreared and the AVIA layout builder is working with my homepage.
Then I activated the SEO once more to confirm this, and more than half of my pages are gone! And I could not use the Quick Edit Mode and the homepage could not be edited and the AVIA LB has disappeared.
I do not expect you to have an answer for this SEO behavior. So I will leave it as is.
Thank you. My problem is solved and I just need to find another solution for SEO.
