    Hey Qjay!

    There might be a conflict with some plugin hence the images are not showing in IE to find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    The above credentials don’t have admin role to check for the issue.

    If you still have any issues please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

    Cheers!

    Hi!

    The website opened on FF and chrome…

    The problem on FF is very strange sometimes the images move up and down on it’s own or when i click in the form field the image move up again… Need to know if any custom CSS style or any custom jQuery is used on the site? If so please let us know which block of code and where we can access it… so we can take a closer look at the code and help you resolve it.

    I could not view your site is in IE AVG antivirus blocks it due to a virus threat. Please ask your hosting provider to run a virus check on the site. After a virus check is completed by the hosting company let us know so we can trouble shoot further.

    Cheers!

    #footer { font-size: 14px !important; }

    .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li> a { font-weight: 700;
    font-family: Century Gothic,CenturyGothic,AppleGothic,sans-serif;
    }

    .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li> a { font-weight: 700; text-transform: uppercase;}

    .av-main-nav > li:first-child .avia-menu-text{ border-left: 0; }

    Hey!

    In Quick CSS when you add a comment it should be within /* Comment */

    Example Css Comment = /*Enfold costum CSS: */

    If you just add ” Enfold costum CSS: ” It will cause error in CSS

    I checked in chrome IE and FF now it’s working correctly in Chrome and IE but in FF the image still moves up and down.

    i checked it without the custom CSS but still it is doing the same thing… have you made any other modifications? it is not usual that this happen with default theme but some modifications to the theme is causing this issues.

    Please remove all modifications you have made and add it back one by one and refresh in FF and check for the issue till you find the culprit.

    Best regards,
    Vinay Kashyap
