… and I can’t find why and what to do.
When we reached the site the images used to slide and to be revealed – but now they are static. Worse of it, my testimonial images are completely blurred (can you help me?).
Thanks,
Palvarini
December 8, 2014 at 6:24 am #364451Hey Palvarini!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I’m sorry but you’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.4.1, which is not compatible with WordPress 4.0.1. Please download the latest version 3.0.4 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Please update the theme every time a new patch is available. Forgetting to do so might break the layout of the website on future updates.

IsmaelDecember 9, 2014 at 7:30 pm #365512Thank you, Ismael – I´ve updated the version and a great amount of problems are solved!
But I still couldn´t recover that subtle animation (that makes images seem to pop-up / slide) when you navigate on a site. For example, in this kriesi page, if I move up to the menu I can see the kriesi logo approximate to my mouse and become larger. It was true for my site images but now they seem to be fixed. Also, my testimonial pals´ images don´t show an animation too and seem to be discolored. Do you know what is causing it?
Thanks, Palvarini
December 9, 2014 at 10:47 pm #365695Hi!
1- Please go to Enfold theme options > Header > Header Behaviour and check “Sticky header” and “shrinking header”. For more information, please see – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/
2- Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If not, please try re-updating the theme via FTP and make sure to overwrite all files – http://vimeo.com/67209750Regards,
YigitDecember 10, 2014 at 2:45 am #365785Thanks – it sound much better (but I still can’t see “images’ movement” and also my Gravatar don’t appear on my BLOG section – it only happens when I chose a specific post.
