    Hi,
    When my tech-support tried to speed up the shop the woocommerce plugin disappeared. When I try to reinstall it I get “Installation failed. Destination folder already exists.”
    Do you have any idea how to solve this? Should I reinstall the hole Enfold theme? And if so, how do I do that?

    Hello again,
    Now we managed to get the shop back, but another old problem is still unsolved:
    When you press the last button “Slutför köp” (complete order) it takes 7 seconds to load the order confirmation page. Do you have any idea why that is. Most customers doesn´t wait that long.

    Hi,

    Glad you solved your initial problem. About the speed problem, that could be caused by a number of different thing and neither one of those are really related to the theme, I think it would be a better idea if you contact your hosting provider to see if they can see what is causing the long wait.
