    My purchase code doesn’t work

    I purchased a new license because my website developer no longer has the code. Enfold is still on version 1.0. That’s why I had to make this purchase. However, the code doesn’t work, and I’m getting an error message.

    I’ve been working on this all afternoon and I can’t seem to get it to work. I keep getting an error message.

    Thanks for the update. We cannot help you out with creating the token unfortunately, please try going through the documentation carefully again. If you should have any further problems, then Envato/Themeforest support would be in a better position to help you out with this.

    I managed to create a token but it also gives an error.
