    Hi,
    First of all, thank you for a fantastic product, really amazing..

    Our site is totally built on your Enfold Startup Business Demo.
    Tomorrow I supposed to demo my work for my colleagues. Typical bad luck that something happens in the last minute.,

    Three things suddenly occured. on my “Products” page
    1. The top menu now has a strange scroll behaviour compared to the other pages
    2. The “Blueflow Online” and “Blueflow Onboard” products. I can not any longer set the color of the text in front of the background images
    3. At the end of the Product page “Blueflow Bluebox NG” the background image is huge and also the footer has been corrupt. Smae thing here, I can not set the text color any longer.
    4. The footer is damaged.
    All this happend at tjhe same time.

    If you can help me out quick I might be able to postpone the demo to tomorrow afternoon. I would be very very grateful

    Sorry for the late reply, I’m not sure if I understand exactly what the problems are, could you upload screenshots of the issues and link directly to page where we can see them please?

    It is easy to see.

    Footers:
    Just open the “home” and “product” pages and compare for example the footers. The product page just went damaged after a save. Very strange and a little worrying.

    Headlines/text in color sections inside the products page:
    Press for example the “Blueflow Bluebox NG” product – The text in front of the image (the electronic box in the picture) can not be changed, For example the color of the text. Login and test.

    I’m rather new at WordPress, but I discovered a “revision” function. So I can actually go back. I have not done that since I wanted you to have a look first.

    Another thing:
    When testing your demo (Enfold Startup Business Demo) on a cell phone, your product page with all icons (
    EASY UPLOADS,CLOUD SHARING etc,,) it works really good. But not on our product page. Do you know what the reason can be? It is al little sad that I can’t have your demo up and running in parallell so I can check and compare how you have done things. Maybe you have a WordPress demo account where I can login and compare things? Or can I install your original demo again somehow and switch between them?

    Hi again,

    Tomorrow it is one week since I posted my support issue to you. Still no help!

    I’m sorry to say that as a new customer I’m disappointed with your support so far.
    I experienced the same problem with one of your competitors (The Ronneby theme) which was one of the reasons that I switched provider of theme.

    I managed to use the revision system in WordPress. and now it all works and looks ok again. Of course it is worrying that the page got messed up, without knowing the reason. I hope for better cooperation in the future.

    Hi Tomas,

    Sorry for the late reply, we are swamped because of a major WordPress and theme release, add to that the usual amount of customisation requests we get and it begins to become almost impossible to give everyone the attention and help they want.

    Glad you managed to find a solution to your problem though, hopefully we will be able to help you out better next time. We’ll keep the thread open in case you should have any further problems.

    Yes I understand and know the feeling.
    Under pressure to release this site before an important exhibition in October.

    Keep it open since it probably will happend again.

    I asked you a question that perhaps is easy for you to answer: Would be very helpful and less questions for you hopefully.

    Thanks for understanding :-)

    Regarding your question; it’s not possible to do that unfortunately, but there is a kind of workaround for it: if you enable debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, we can then give you the shortcodes for each page you are interested in learning more about. Simply link to the pages you want to important here and we’ll give you the shortcodes for it.
