    I am trying to use my theme, purchased 4 years ago, and it says my license code is invalid. I am not currently using the theme and want to use it now. 18864fb7-249b-4445-a7f3-8a633c1e4b7a . please advise

    Hi,

    Sorry, could you please elaborate? Where are you inserting your purchase code to get that error? You have not shared much information so my understanding was that you were trying to register to our forum.
    You can simply login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase Enfold and download it in Downloads page and start using the theme right away. You do not need a purchase code for that :)

    Hey,

    As mentioned in the error you are getting, you are probably trying to insert Enfold’s purchase code to update bundled version of LayerSlider. Since LayerSlider is bundled in Enfold, you do not get a separate license for it. When LayerSlider has an update, we test it with Enfold and include the updated version in an Enfold update. This procedure does not stop you from working on your site or using the theme.

    It’s not more clear, sorry. I purchased the theme, it comes with the slider doesn’t it? I was able to use it before and now I am not. It calls for an activation code and yes, I am trying to use enfolds license code I cannot use the slider unless I have a code, it will not let me> So I activated the theme with my code. I go back to the slider that I was previously able to use and it still wants an activation code. I have screen shots in case I am not being clear but see no where to put them.

    Hey,

    LayerSlider should work without asking for activation. This is how it works ever since it was bundled in Enfold.
    You would need to insert your LayerSlider purchase code to receive auto updates and all features but that is only if you purchased LayerSlider as a standalone plugin – https://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin/1362246

    If you have any issues using LayerSlider, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

    It is not working without asking for activation, I click to activate and it asks for the code.

    Hi,

    Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to install PHP ZipArchive extension. Currently it does not seem to be installed.
    Then you can download LayerSlider example here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/missing-layerslider-images/ and import it in LayerSlider options.

    ok, so that fixed that problem but the downloaded files are not the ones advertised on the site. So there are different backgrounds and it is one short of the 3 slides. I need the ones that I bought originally please. where can I get that slider? I appreciate the help. Had I know I would have kept an original download.

    Are you referring to the 2017 theme demo? Please go to the Enfold > Demo Import panel. Select or import the demo that you like. Please note that this will reset the current theme options.

    Hi,

    No there is no need to re-import all the demo.
    But if you need to use the updated, it is better to create a new installation, add it to check it out and then based on that decide what u will do and how u will use it.

    UPDATE: According to Kriesi, the images for the other layer sliders are not available due to licensing restrictions. You can only use the available sliders from the previous link that @Yigit provided.
