    Hi,
    I install the dummy data and set the home page in setting-reading and I see that my home page is wired no content just the header
    any idea?

    Have you tried deactivating both plugins? If you did and it did not help, please post a temporary admin login here privately so we can look into it :)

    The problem was because a missing module
    In the server that call php-XML
    When the server guy found this my site work again
