    there is the omly the standard wordpress footer and not the footer the was before?

    Hi Karl,

    Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then please try copying the parent theme files over to your child, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help with this, then please post admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.
