My footer does not change using the Enfold Theme Options - Support

the footer is white! But when i change General Styling to black. I expect it to be black.
What is going wrong?

Hi huurm900!

Can you please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
