On my search for the right setting to have a enfold singel author full width blog, i found a conversation in
the forum which should have solved the problem.
But the picture shown in https://kriesi.at/support/topic/single-author-full-width-blog-style/
doesnt match how the Enfold Options look in my layout. (would have liked to attach a screenshot but it wasnt possible)
So i wasnt able to solve the problem.
Can anybody tell me how to proceed so i can have a blog, looking like shown in your “Singel Auther Full With” example?
Thank you.

My screenshot shows Enfold theme options from older versions. You can change blog layout in Enfold theme options > Blog Layout > Blog Layout now :)
@Guenni007 Thanks for your input! :)Best regards,

FilippOctober 12, 2016 at 6:34 pm #698464Sorry. Just found out that i deaktivated the hover effect on pictures somewhen via css. Is there a possibilty to have it only on the Blog Pictures which are displayd on the first Blogpage. In German “Beiträge” bzw. Beitragsbild
And also i would like to display some of the content text on the 1st page. Thank you and sorry for the confusion .October 12, 2016 at 7:50 pm #698497Hi!
No worries, no confution.
to have it only on the homepage, it would require some different CSS, that can work based on the situation.
I am afraid that is not covered from our support policy.
You can although hire a freelancer to help you with that. Now, regarding the content text on the 1st page, based on the blog you need?
Thanks a lot

BasilisOctober 12, 2016 at 7:55 pm #698499Thanks for the reply. I totaly understand the first part of your reply.
But I dont understand the second. What do you mean with “Now, regarding the content text on the 1st page, based on the blog you need?”
That is a question. But what do you want to know?

Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus”

October 14, 2016 at 1:15 pm #699091October 17, 2016 at 1:35 pm #699970Hi,
you can simply use WordPress’ default excerpt function for that. Use the “more” tag function. For more information: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-properly-use-the-more-tag-in-wordpress/
