I just installed enfold on the server and my contact form is all messed up and not like the demo I showed the client. I assume the database did not completely up load could someone tell me what the easiest fix would be.

Please try activating debug mode in order to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Then try to copy/paste the shortcodes to a new page to see if that help.
