    Hello. My blog posts don’t line up. On the top row the middle image always sticks up above the others on all pages . I have added a link to the site in the private content.

    I have also unchecked all the blog meta elements and still the date and comment count are displaying.

    I have also checked all the “Share links at the bottom of your blog post” and none are displaying.

    Thank you.

    Hey Kate,
    In your custom css you have this code adding top padding to all the other posts:

    .slide-loop-1, .slide-loop-3 {
          padding-top: 30px !important;
    }

    if you remove it your page will line up, if you explain what you wanted this code to do we can help adjust it so it won’t effect your news page.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike. Thank you that worked for the blog layout – I removed the code and it all lined up. I suspect the code was something to do with the masthead but removing it has not changed the look of the site so I suspect not required.

    Hi,

    Is the issue solved or you need something else?

    Best regards,

    Hi Basilis

    These two still not addressed:

    I have also unchecked all the blog meta elements and still the date and comment count are displaying.

    I have also checked all the “Share links at the bottom of your blog post” and none are displaying.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi KateStuartDesign,

    You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. Please upgrade.

    Best regards,
    Victoria
