thank you – access in private contentApril 11, 2016 at 8:13 am #611035Hey!
Thanks for providing the login details!
Try deactivating all your plugins and clearing the browser’s cache. Also have you added any custom code to the site or modified any theme files?
Best regards,
JordanApril 11, 2016 at 8:53 am #611045hi Jordan,
i already tried deactivating and it’s still the same. i also lost some functionalities like the “preview changes is not working anymore” “i could not put an href code in the text block’.
the only change i did is to move my wordpress subdomain to main domain by following the below article:

Please help
April 11, 2016 at 9:24 am #611061Hey!
We checked the settings in the backend everything looks good.
I highly suspect that this issue is related to Enfold. However we are more than happy to help you.
First de-activate enfold theme and check with wordpress default theme and let us know if you are able to see the admin bar while viewing the site.
Cheers!
VinayApril 11, 2016 at 9:45 am #611077hi Vinay,
if i deactivate the enfold theme, i will lose all the work i put on it?
April 11, 2016 at 9:49 am #611080Hi!
No if you deactivate enfold and activate other themes you will not lose any content all tho on the page you might see some shortcodes. But do not worry about that it will look fine with you activate the enfold theme back again. Let us know if you are able to view the admin bar in default theme.
Best regards,

April 12, 2016 at 5:00 am #611617Hi,
Could you try to delete the plugin via FTP? http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/managing-files/how-to-delete-a-file. The plugin folder is located inside the wp-content folder of your installation.
Thanks,
RikardApril 12, 2016 at 9:48 am #611769hi,

Try changing the site URL to match your current address:

JosueApril 13, 2016 at 12:02 pm #612616hi thank,
i managed to resolved this buy moving from subdirectory to root rather than running the website from a root directory. all seems okay expect for the layer slider – it is still using the subdomain url (luckily i did not remove/delete the subdirectory, i simply renamed it so when i saw the error i put the name back to its original).
trust someone could help me with this issue.
