Hi,
I use the plugin but the enfold setting does not work.
Also I have problems with images. When I duplicate a site all the images are also in the new blog.dir but on the website they are not visible, it looks like the image is not there. Also if I upload image in the new site I cannot view, while if I upload an image using the ALB and I choose the image from the media share panel in any page then I view the image.
Same problem if I import a layer slider after exporting from the main website, no images there no way to upload and view images.
I also try this step: cancelled the /la/ website; deactivate the Network shared media plugin; duplicate again the main site. Nothing change in the result.
I also try another step just adding a new site based on the main site but the theme setting is not respected and also if I import theme setting .txt file it does not work. Not enough: if you check in the Enfold Child setting in the dashboard you can see that all colors and setting are correct but it seems they do not have any effect on the site. To make the layer slider appear in the homepage I had to import the slider .json file and after upload again all the images…cancel the layerslider form the page in the ALB editor and add it again.
Could you please help me? I made a superadmin account for you so you can check.

September 28, 2015 at 7:22 am #509840Hey scubasnsi!]
Thank you for using Enfold.
We usually recommend this plugin in order transfer or clone the site: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/
The plugin should transfer the theme options database correctly. Refer to this link for more info:

Cheers!

I do not want to migrate the site, I just want to add another site based on the main site. using the plugin that I found recomended in one thread or using the “add new site” function give a bad result in both cases. To use the plugin you suggested me with multisite I have to pay to get the pro version; who gurantees me that it will work? the link you gave me does not work also, it sends to a “NOT FOUND” page.
I need to solve this problem soon or I’ll have to give up with your theme for which I paid…..
ThanksSeptember 28, 2015 at 3:45 pm #510192May I have support please?
I ask to the developer of the plugin you suggested me and this is the answer:
“I’m not sure I understand 100% what you are trying to achieve, but WP Migrate DB Pro is a tool for primarily migrating your WordPress sites from one hosting environment to another. It won’t allow you to duplicate a subsite within the same multisite install.”
I hope to receive a better support soon.
ThanksSeptember 29, 2015 at 12:35 pm #510701Hi!
I’m sorry for the link, I thought it’s still working. I don’t have much experience with multisite myself so I actually didn’t know that you need the pro version of the WP Migrate DB for multisite installation. Again, I apologized. In that case, let’s try this. Clone the site using the current plugin. Go to the original site’s Enfold > Import / Export panel then export the theme settings. After that, go to the cloned site’s Enfold > Import / Export panel then import the theme settings.

IsmaelSeptember 30, 2015 at 10:15 am #511279Hi,
already done the procedure you suggest, if you read my first post I told there.
I gave up with multisite, but keep in mind I’ll make a recension saying that Enfold doesn’t work properly with multisite as this is the true. Before buying enfold theme I made this quesiton and I was assured that it works….October 1, 2015 at 6:02 am #511941Hi!
I’m so sorry to hear that. Could you please provide a list of the issues you encounter on a multisite installation? So far you listed an incompatibility issue with another plugin called “multisite-clone-duplicator” and “import theme settings” not working.
