    I have at the moment thousands of images in library, but as I have discovered , when new image is added (does not matter if drag and drop or other way) when next time the image gallery window is opened you can see the same image multi plicated. When you open image library some images are not related to page… see linked picture – screen shot:

    When I have deleted few images described in library as not related to page – I have page with missing image .
    From that moment i do not have a courage to touch the image library…
    Any Idea 1. What can cause this issue? 2. How to “clean” the library?

    Hey altei!

    Hmm, not sure what could be going on there. When you upload a new image to the media library Enfold will create some thumbnails to use in certain areas but those should not be displaying there at all.

    Let’s try the following.

    1. Deactivate all plugins.

    2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.

    Hey Elliot.
    Before I will try this ( I feel that this could be dangerous, because this site is already on-line) I would like to know how to do this with my child theme and all settings ?

    Hey!

    It’s the same if your using a child theme. Be sure to create a backup first.

    Also try just activating Enfold to see if the problem is in your child theme.
