    Dear support members,

I would like to show several taxonomies in a masonry element. Currently you can filter by country and I want to be able to sort by language at the same time. I have created my own two taxonomies and I can select them separately and then filter by the corresponding terms in the frontend. No problem. But I can’t select two different taxonomies with their respective items at the same time. Is there any way to do the sorting across multiple taxonomies?

    All the best,
    Daniel

    Hey Daniel,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

That’s not possible by default and would require significant modifications. You may need to look for a plugin or modify the sort_buttons function in the enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcode-helpers/class-avia-masonry.php file. For additional assistance, you can also contact Codeable.

Hi Ismael, thanks for your quick reply. Has there ever been a question or request like that here in the forum? Couldn’t fine one but maybe you can search in a different way or know of a similar topic.

    Hi,

There are probably similar requests to this one, but as mentioned, it’s not possible without significant modifications to the sort_buttons function. You may need to use a plugin like FacetWP and a different masonry/grid element from another extension that is compatible with the filter/sorting plugin.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
