Multiple Progress Bars (not loading)

The progress bars are not working at all. Almost as if they are not loading.

The text shows up but nothing else.

Problem is on this page:

Please try to deactivate all third party plugins to see if it gets fixed.

Yes, the problem seems to be my 123ContactForm Plugin.

Is there a way to keep this turned on and have the progress bars to work?
