I am planning to have a menu on the top (that always stays there) that always stays there that lists “home”, “about”, “contact” etc and a side bar on the left hand side to have another menu that displays another menu such as “exercises”, “stretches” etc.
Is something like this possible? Thank you!

You can use the standard header main menu + a menu widget for the sidebar.

Is it possible to have a left and right side bar? One with a menu widget, and one with other widgets (facebook likes, etc)? I’m looking at my post sidebar setting, and it doesn’t have the option to list multiple side bars.
I hope this makes sense, thank you!

It’s not possible to have two sidebar at the same time, however you could achieve the desired layout using Columns + Widget Area elements – http://screencast.com/t/t5XnSeuDfJ8

No, i made those edits live (via Inspect Element), the idea is to have all the items under the same menu but to set a custom class to these navigation items and add this to Quick CSS:
.menu-item-margin-top{ margin-top: 35px; }Regards,

One thing you could do is list those on the right sidebar using a Custom Menu widget. Also, i’d suggest trying to reduce the similarity between pages, that could create some confusion, for example: /exercises-stretches/lower-back-exercises/ and /lower-back-exercises-stretches/.
