Hi, I have a few issues:
1. Featured Image Slider was working yesterday morning, but stopped later in the day.
2. The hamburger menu on mobile that was working previously, is not showing on mobile now.
3. Some photos that are showing now on my desktop using Chrome aren’t showing on a friend’s computer using Firefox.
4. When I click on the link “Update Available There is a new version of Enfold available. View version 4.8.7.1 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this theme,” all I get is an error message.
Note, I’ve de-activated all plugins but all errors remain. My web host, SiteGround, said to contact Enfold.

Thanks for the update. I checked your site on mobile, but it looks fine on my end. If you need further help, then please point out the problems with screenshots, or try to explain them a bit further.
Best regards,

You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur or similar, then link to them here.
Please try this in Quick CSS to hide the dates:
time.slide-meta-time, time.av-magazine-time { display: none; }
Best regards,

I’ve adjusted the CSS for you, and it’s applying to your site.
Update; I can’t see any error messages under Enfold->Theme Update, could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I can see the problem on your site, and I can reproduce it on a test installation as well. It looks like this is bug in the theme, so I’ve reported it to our developer. Please use this CSS to hide the tags for now, until we have a permanent solution:
span.av-magazine-tags-wrap { display: none; }
Best regards,

About the banners; I see the same thing on my end in Chrome, where I have ad blockers active. They are showing fine in Opera though, where I don’t have ad blockers. Maybe you have something like that installed in your browser as well, which would block them?
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. Are you ok with using the Blog Post element for now? If not, then please create a test page where we can see the actual problem.

Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem with the ads on my end, please see screenshot in private for what I see on Chrome after allowing ads on your site. I see the same thing in Chrome as I do in Firefox, Safari and Opera.

I have plugins added to Chrome, which is called AdBlock. I simply click on the AdBlock icon in the Chrome toolbar, then allow your site to show ads. I’m not sure if Chrome is set to not show ads by default, but I don’t think that is the default setting.
About the Magazine element problem; we have a solution ready now. Could you share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can implement the fix for you please?
Best regards,
