    Hi
    I have 3 contact forms on a site (Enfold). Basic ‘contact us’ works, but only to hotmail/gmail/icloud.
    The other 2 forms are more complex in that they have several input fields, most of which have select elements and a date picker. Both of these forms do not work – they appear to have been sent from the site but they do not appear in any inboxes anywhere.

    Please advise……..

    Hey ruffidea,

    then they get blocked by your server. We recommend to work with Contact Form 7 in such a case.

    That doesn’t explain why one form can be received by hotmail/gmail/icloud and the other two can’t.

    Please can you explain ?

    Hi,

    Enfold contact form uses WordPress’ default behavior. Not sure why your server blocks it. You could try to ask your host about it. However, as already mentioned there is a solution for this: Contact Form 7 plugin.
