1. How can I get Multiple Checkboxes in the Contact Form?
I am doing it the hard way by adding a “Custom HTML description” and then adding Checkboxes under that. When I get the submitted email, each one says “true” or “false”. Just seems like too much.2. Also, How do I get the “Form Element Label” to show? I unchecked the “Hide Form Labels” box, but they still don’t show when I get the submitted email.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You might want to use the Contact Form 7 if Enfolds form functionality is not working for you.

VictoriaBut it is already a function that is added. It just doesn’t work. Should be able to show or hide the “Custom HTML” label. Doesn’t seem like a crazy request.
The form even has as checkbox option to show or hide:
Hide Form Labels
Check if you want to hide form labels above the form elements. The form will instead try to use an inline label (not supported on old browsers)Does this just not work?
