I’m using the multiple answers feature on the Enfold contact form. It works great on mobile phones as the user can select the choices which places check marks next to his or her choice. On desktop, the user can only highlight choices that are right next to each other. For example: the user can only select Monday and Tuesday but not Monday and Wednesday.

Is there a fix for this?

    Example here: http://napareddragon.com

    Hey cloverco!

If your on Windows you have to hold CTRL + click each item to select them. Not sure on Mac but it’s probably the same.

    Cheers!

Neither control-click or option-click work on Mac platform. Do you have a solution for this?

    Hi!

It is Command + Click on Mac.

Is there a way to change the desktop version to look like the mobile (using checkmarks?)
I have had customers that aren’t as internet savvy and they think that they can only choose one option. Only those who are used to selecting multiple with key commands are going to figure out this function.

    Hi,

I’m afraid no, those checkmarks on mobile are part of the mobile browser interface, there’s no easy way to replicate them on a desktop browser.

    Best regards,
    Josue
