    assumption: sub domains of the main domain fall within a single licence usage

    question: is the option available for purchasing a multi use licensing even if it’s limited to a particular limit or do I need to purchase one for each individual domain?

    Yes, you can use the same license on subdomains however each individual domain would require a separate license.
