Hello,
I have a WordPress multi-site and have experienced a little trouble when I updated.
There seems to be some issues with the Enfold theme settings getting erased/changed with other sites theme settings. I am not sure why some settings are crossing over, and sometimes entire settings get deleted completley. Not sure if this is being caused by interference with a plugin?
The latest issue I have been trying to tackle regards favicons, it seems that on mobile favicons are being used for sites that they shouldn’t be. I see this when trying to add the site to my bookmarks and the wrong logo shows up.
I would like any advice you can give on what is going on/ how to fix this/preventing this in the future.

Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out how we can reproduce the errors you are describing.
Best regards,
RikardAugust 2, 2017 at 5:01 pm #833560I have posted the login credentials in the private content.
How I reproduced the errors specifically is I activated an inactive site in the bank of all the sites in my multi-site, and visited the dashboard of it. The site that I activated was Flame Fans (promotionalresourcesinc.net/flamesfans) then just going into the dashboard of that site caused the entire enfold settings of only one other site (http://promotionalresourcesinc.net/netgain/) to be erased. Please do not even try to reproduce the issue unless you are prepared to quickly restore what might break, these sites are live and closely watched. I have never seen anything quite like it which is why I express caution.
But again the issue I would really like to focus on is the whole mobile favicons crossing over. Thank you!

August 8, 2017 at 11:10 am #835781Hi,
Do you have a backup of these sites? We don’t want to break anything and if possible, please create a test site so that we can do the troubleshooting there. It may be a good idea to export the theme options just in case.
Best regards,
IsmaelAugust 10, 2017 at 5:34 pm #837078Hello,
I do have backups of the sites. I have also exported the theme options of the sites.
Unfortunately I do not think I am savy enough to manually create a test site, and my hosting provider does not provide this feature.
I understand that you do not want to break anything, so without a test enviroment maybe this is best left alone. I woud really like to know what the issue is but like I said it is very delicate and touchy, and I would rather not put you guys in an unfair circumstance where you may break something.
Thank you!
