    Hello,

    my author pages are not showing the author name following the “Entries by” headline (h4 class ‘extra-mini-title’ on author page). I’m having this issue on all of my websites. Is there anything I can do about this?

    I’m running the current versions of both WordPress (5.7) and Enfold (4.8.1.). I’m using the Multi-Author Blog Layout, Blog Style Standard (Business).

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can reproduce the same problem on a test installation, so this is likely a problem with our code. I’ll forward it to our developers, to see if they can find a solution for it. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.

    Hi again,

    Our developers have now fixed this problem. Please share FTP login details with us as well, so that we can update the necessary files for you. Also please update the WordPress login details, as they they seem to not be working anymore.

    Hi Rikard, great! That’s fine, I’ll update my websites myself once you roll out a new release. It’s not that urgent, just something i want to have fixed in the near future.

    Enfold has been the backbone of my WordPress work since the beginning. The great support is a big reason as to why. So thanks to everyone on the team for their work!
