Moving icons and controlling size within a table

Hi

I am trying to use css to control the size, color, position of these icons within a table …

This is the CSS I am using but it isnt working.

I want to align the icon so it is centrally (vertically) in line with the text.

Also on a mobile it goes totally wrong so I need to format the table.
