Hi there,
Am moving a site from Abundance to Enfold theme with the view to keeping the design as close as possible the same.Have almost got it there.
Can you please advise what css is required to centre the whole site in the boxed layout with an image background and also how to align with the header.

your code seems to override some things, so replace/add this code:
.html_boxed #main { margin-left: 51px; max-width: 1049px; }and adjust as needed.

Could you please also provide the code for the menu border so it has the lines between each menu item and also the line underneath like in http://leisa.branditeffect.com.au.

You can set a menu separator yourself in the Separator between menu items option under Enfold–>Header–>Header layout. If you should need any additional CSS or help please let us know.

Is it perhaps a later version of the theme?

You are running the latest version of the theme and I can see it fine on my end: http://imgur.com/IIXQLhl. Could you try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps?
