Hello : )
I moved the files manually, created a bd imported the exported sql file from my development server, changed the config info and voila!
There are several as I mentioned “funky” things going on, not the least of which is a large grey box covering the entire site except for the header.
I am going to post access to the dev and live sites below so you can see for yourself.
I know it’s Thanksgiving but any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated and rewarded with beer!

Thank you for using Enfold.
Theme options and configurations are saved on the database and it is quite important that you keep the database intact when transferring the site. In order to that, we usually recommend the WP Migrate DB or the WP MIGRATE PRO plugin.
