    1. How do I move the menu above the line, like on this site (see attached image).

    2. In the source code on my site I see something like this : (see also attached image).

    Is this something in the Enfold settings?

    Hey!

    That line is for mobile menu which gets triggered when your website is displayed on a mobile device or when browser window is resized.
