Hello..:)
Via Chrome and Safari, I put the mouse over the slider and i can’t scroll.
You can check on http://www.charlicharger.com. How can fix this?
Thank you for your help!October 19, 2018 at 5:14 pm #1024052Hey Arlinx,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Yes, I have created a test page which is basically a clone of the homepage (link in private content).
I did test on mouse scroll again on the slider and it seems to be working fine now, is it also fixed on your end?Best regards,

I apologize for the late response.
I have check around for options in slider revolution however I couldn’t find a setting which disables scrolling.
Also I have checked it in chrome and safari however scrolling always works on my end.
I’ll ask my colleagues to check your site.Best regards,

Some news about the problem??October 31, 2018 at 1:55 pm #1028471Hey,
Sorry for late reply!
This is not an issue but a feature of Revolution slider. I disabled “Mouse scroll navigation” in your slider setting and that helped – https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/navigation/#miscPlease review your website :)
