    How would I go about achieving a mouse over effect like on the circles on this website? http://k2partnering.com/
    So mouseover cause a change in colour and something else to appear.

    Also is there a way to achieve the effect of when you you scroll to a certain point something appears?

    Hey RachelIdentify!

    It looks like they are using custom code and images for that. You may be able to find a plugin that does this but I do not know of any that I can recommend.

    Okay so where best would I find somewhere to either learn how to code something like that into my enfold website or get premade code?
