    I can’t edit my website because “motopress” it doesn’t work. I mean it is always loading but it doesn’t work.

    When I used motopress Layer editor, I can see only READ mode. why I can’t change anything on my website?

    Unfortunately there is not a lot of what we can do with the compatibility – it is not an issue that we can handle from our side.

    is this joke?
    I bought this theme from you and now I can’t change anything on my website.
    I tried by advanced layout builder change but again nothing changed.
    You should help me NOT write “it is not an issue that we can handle from our side”
    this is not professional.

    Please let me change the contents on my website.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having though, could you try to explain a bit further please?

    Please note that the theme cannot be compatible with all third party plugins.

    Hi,
    first of all thanks for the support.
    unfortunately, I can not change any photo or text on my web site. I canceled all unnecessary plugins but again it didn’t work.
    I guess, The problem is Motopress. Because exactly it doesn’t work.
    I don’t know what should I do?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. So Motopress is a layout builder? If that is the case then I think that it’s not a very good idea to use a third party layout builder with Enfold since it already has its own layout builder. You are setting yourself up for problems like this.

    I activated the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options and that seems to have changes something, I’m not sure if it’s working as it should though. Could you check your site please?

    But the question is how can I change the content on my website. Because I don’t have Enfold layout builder. I tried to make with “classic edit site builder but the problem is nothing chaned.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the login. I took a look at your site above and the Advanced Layout Builder is working good and I was able to make changes. I understand that there is another site you are using Enfold with and a different builder, but Enfold is designed to work with the built-in Advanced Layout Builder.
    Please try to setup your other site the same way as the one you gave us access to.
    Also note that every builder is different so if you started creating a page with the “Motopress” builder, you will not be able to edit it with any other builder. Also I don’t understand what you mean by “I don’t have Enfold layout builder” on your other site, because it can not be removed from Enfold without breaking it.
