    Daer all,
    I’ve been using Enfold for years but never had this problem:
    When uploading the new version via FTP more than 200 transfers failed, mainly files related to layersliders and template builders.
    I tried it several times and on several servers, the result was always the same.
    I would be very grateful for your help!

    Hi Petra,

    FTP is a bit slow, if you’re webhost provides you with a cPanel, hPanel, etc please try to use it instead.
    Go to the themes folder, delete the enfold folder then upload zip file instead so it’s compressed and just a single file.
    Once it’s uploaded you can unzip it.
