I spoke too soon! I still have a few problems with that blog post I discussed in this ticket:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/featured-image-title-and-meta-have-disappeared-on-just-one-blog-post/The messed up post is https://briancartergroup.com/5-secrets-for-b2b-lead-generation-in-2020/
(1.) At the bottom of each post, I have the author bio (using Simple Author Box plugin) and the Share links below it. On the one post, though, it’s swapped. Is there a simple way to change it back since SAB and Share aren’t elements in the page, but rather coded into the single post template?
(2.) In addition, I need to add the related posts bit to the bottom of the post as well, but I know that will come up before the Share links and I don’t want that, either.
(3.) On the category page listing (https://briancartergroup.com/branding/), that particular post shows up with the author bio text and then the author box. I know I can set an excerpt to take care of this, but that is annoying me. I’d rather fix the problem than just put a Band-Aid on it.
Thanks!!

September 14, 2020 at 6:13 am #1245653Hi traypup,
We apologize for the delayed response.
I tried the credentials you gave however it doesn’t seem to work.
Please do this instead:- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 22, 2020 at 3:14 am #1247498That’s very odd — I know y’all have used that login before. I changed the password and that’s in the private content. If the username doesn’t work, use the username kriesi.
September 23, 2020 at 1:04 pm #1247840Hi,
Thank you for the update.
The Simple Author Box plugin renders the author box after the content and since the Advance Layout Builder is active, the author box will display after all the builder elements in that post including the sharing section. This is true also for the related posts section. You may need to switch back to the default editor if you want the post to revert back to its previous layout.
If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
Best regards,
