Hi Mike, sorry for closing the last thread too early.

Apparently the error with the datepicker persists on the Console and a new error is shown directly on the front end. This message shows now under “my account’ page on the front end: “There are JavaScript Errors on the page. Please contact the webmaster”. I am attaching a screen shot we received from a client.

Can you please have a look?

    Thanks!!

    Hey nasi,
I tested the form but I got a success message, did the user explain how to recreate the error?
I was not able to login to the admin side, please disable the JetPack login, it just sends me in a circle.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey Mike,

Thanks for looking into this. And sorry about the login issue.
Client’s marketing team has been adding a bunch of things directly and now we are getting the complains.
I have to check with them before I disable the JetPack login, but will do it for sure.

Apparently a customer who signed in for a membership was in “My Account” page and got the error message.
They also received an email from WORDPRESS hosting regarding an issue with a plugin (Meta Pixel for WordPress), i am sending you a copy below.

I really don’t know how to handle this, thanks a lot for your help.
Will text you again once the Jetpack login is down.

    Cheers!

    Nasi

    Hi,
Thanks for the feedback, I researched the error for Meta pixel for WordPress and their WordPress support thread says: The plugin is not compatible with PHP 8
I recommend disabling the plugin and see if that solves the issue.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for this, we already removed the plugin.
I just disabled the WordPress.com login, can you please try to access the site now?

Hopefully you can have a look and check for those errors.

    Thanks a lot !!

    Hi,
Thank you for disabling the WordPress.com login, since removing the plugin have you seen the error again? I tested again with a new account and didn’t see the error.
In Incognito Mode I went to the /my-account/ page, then Registered for a new account with a random email address, then I went to Membership ▸ Choose a membership level:
    Enfold_Support_627.jpeg
then I choose the free level:
    Enfold_Support_629.jpeg
Then on the next page where your screenshot showed the error:
    Enfold_Support_631.jpeg
    I didn’t have an error:
    Enfold_Support_633.jpeg
so I added a fake birthday and agreed to the Terms and conditions and was directed to the success page:
    Enfold_Support_635.jpeg
These are the correct steps right?

    Best regards,
    Mike
