I am working on a site for a restaurant. I will use the product list for showing the menu. There is no shop, so I don’t want the items in the list to be clickable. Can I add a option at ‘what happens when i click on the item’=> do nothing (no link)??
Second question: is it possible to show a second field under the description of the product? ( one of the extra fields??
An other option could be to insert a linebrake,in the product description but somhowe that doesn’t work.
Hi dvbaarda!
There is an option to disable the links, of certain area with:

To show a second field, you will need to do some advanced modifications to the element, to load the second filed there.
Cheers!

Hi dvbaarda,
Could you describe in more detail how you used a product list to create a menu? I don’t see “product list” in the theme and when I do find it, some guidance would be most appreciated. Perhaps you’re using this method so you’ll have a list of menu products you can include in various parts of the site (rather than list items in a catalogue element)?
Thank you in advance!
Hi milkrow,
All the product functionality gets added when you install WooCommerce, it will not work without it. You can create your products as portfolios and use the magazine, the catalog or masonry, or portfolio grid to show them.
Best regards,
Victoria
