Modifying Contact / Creating Custom Form

Hello,

Is there a way to modify the contact form or create a custom form in Enfold?

I am considering accepting donations on our site. For our records, I want the donors to fill out a form that says how much they are going to donate, name, address, etc. When they click submit, I want the form to send me an email (just like the contact form) with the information. Ideally, the form could also redirect directly to PayPal or another page on the site. However, I think I can write the javascript to handle the redirect if necessary.
